Job Description:
A company is looking for a VOIP Engineer Senior to support the
VTC team at the Department of Transportation in Washington, DC.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain VoIP and VTC systems for seamless
communication
Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and develop aligned
solutions
Configure and troubleshoot VoIP and VTC components to ensure
optimal performance
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years of experience managing Voice networks with
advanced VoIP skills
Experience with WebEx and other VTC technologies
Knowledge of Cisco call manager and Cisco Unity VM
Ability to perform network cable pulls and install network
drops
Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA Collaboration or CompTIA
Network+ are a plus
