Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Staff Analyst, Model Risk
Management, AI Model Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Perform critical reviews and validations of generative AI models
and their proposed use cases
Engage with model developers to understand model construction and
functionality
Summarize findings in detailed reports, including formal
recommendations and remediation work
Required Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with formal training in statistical
analysis
Prior experience in model risk management within a banking
environment
High familiarity with generative AI models and best practices for
managing usage risk
Proficiency in Python or R
6+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree in a
quantitative discipline, or equivalent experience
