Job Description:
A company is looking for an Instructional Coach to provide
professional development and support to faculty.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver customized training sessions and workshops for
faculty on effective online teaching practices
Review and evaluate faculty performance, providing insights and
establishing professional growth goals
Maintain accurate faculty records and provide regular performance
reports to the Director of Faculty Development
Required Qualifications
Master's degree required
5-10 years of online and adult-focused teaching experience
preferred
Strong knowledge of online learning technologies and educational
software
Ability to integrate a Christian worldview into coaching
practices
Demonstrated ability to facilitate engaging training sessions and
workshops
