Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate, UM Regulatory Operations
to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end management of cross-functional
implementations/projects, ensuring timely completion and
stakeholder engagement
Evaluate departmental performance through data analysis and assist
in developing metrics and mitigation strategies
Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate implementation and
communication strategies for successful change management
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Utilization Management operations, health
insurance, or consulting
2+ years of experience with Mental Health Parity, state market
conduct exams, audits, and NCQA filings
2+ years of end-to-end project management experience
2+ years of experience in regulatory implementation and
compliance
A bachelor's degree or 3+ years of commensurate experience
