role:As a D1 Continuous Delivery Manager (CDM), you will be part of
a team focused on delivering releases to our clients who are in a
post-implementation phase. This may include releases while
transitioning to production support as well as ongoing operational
needs once a client is considered Business As Usual (BAU).The CDM
will be client-facing and client-focused while building a trusted
relationship with the client, enhancing client satisfaction and
delivering high quality releases with stability and reliability.
The CDM will collaborate with production support business analysts,
development, QA and other technical teams in order to manage the
full life cycle of production releases.About the team:Digital One
LFI engages with large financial institutions to deliver FIS'
Digital Suite of Retail products - Consumer Studio, Account
Opening, Banker Sales & Services and Teller. The Professional
Services team works directly on client engagements to develop and
deliver against our clients' digital strategy & roadmap. We are
looking for talented resources to join this dynamic team that will
grow alongside our solutions.What you will be doing?
- Create plans that keeps the development team on track and
ensures all requirements are met. This includes defining release
goals and objectives, and establishing metrics to measure
success.--
- Inform stakeholders, such as customers, developers, and
testers, about the changes, benefits, and issues of each
release.--
- Work with system administrators and IT operations teams to
deploy the release to the production environment. This includes
configuring servers, updating databases, and ensuring all necessary
resources are available.--
- Provide direction for Post-release support and
monitoringTracking user feedback, monitoring system performance,
and promptly addressing any reported defects.--
- Manage Continuous improvement
- Analyze feedback from stakeholders and end-users, identifying
areas for improvement, and implementing changes accordingly.--
- Manage tasks and coordinate across internal teams including
production support, development, technology solutions, QA, DevOps,
service delivery and client success managers to support continuous
delivery model
- Provide on call support for high priority issues being reviewed
for an expedited release
- Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams,
in internal organizations as well as in client and
vendor/subcontractor organizations to ensure all release
requirements are met
- May manage the integration of vendor/subcontractor tasks and
track and review vendor/subcontractor deliverables, if appropriate
for the release
- May manage customization of base products to meet client
requirements, system integration with other FIS or third-party
products or consulting projects and engagements
- Identify continuous delivery process gaps or areas for
improvement and iteratively implements improvements where
feasibleWhat you will need:
- Extensive knowledge of project management standards, processes,
procedures and guidelines
- Experience working with both software and infrastructure
projects that are highly technical in nature
- Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Knowledge of various types of IT project methodologies and life
cycles, e.g., conversions, incremental, rapid delivery, classic or
traditional waterfall phases of analysis, design, development,
testing, implementation and the correct project application
- Knowledge of financial services industry
- Advanced skill in the use of project management software to
manage projects
- Demonstrated skill in managing project budgets and
timelines
- Skill in the use of negotiation techniques to reach agreement
when there are widely-differing viewpoints
- Excellent analysis, problem-solving, team, conflict management
and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with demonstrated leadership in a client
facing role
- Ability to set clear expectations, manage team performance and
build high morale among team members
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and carry out assignments
that are sensitive in natureBonus if you have:
- Ops/DevOps/SRE/Service Delivery technical background
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Experience in supporting production clients and meeting
SLAs

pay range for this full-time position is $111,410.00 - $187,180.00
and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries
for this position based on the posted role, level, and location.
Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined
additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and
relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will
also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with
