Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Development
Representative to engage with customers and support their needs
regarding healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of customer interactions via phone, email, and
chat with a focus on satisfaction
Resolve support tickets and troubleshoot technical issues related
to SaaS and hardware products
Guide customers through the onboarding process and collaborate with
internal teams to enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support or a similar
role, preferably in consumer healthcare
Proficiency in support tools and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk,
Salesforce, JIRA)
Ability to manage conflict and provide effective resolutions
Strong technical knowledge of consumer products and services
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, especially during
peak seasons
