Our Dispatchers are an integral part of daily operations ensuring shuttles are dispatched timely to meet our service levels between the parking facility and airport.   • Training and professional development opportunities Key Responsibilities of Dispatchers:
    • Dispatch shuttles and maintains ample coverage at the parking facility and airport
    • Ensure consistent service through proper movement of shuttles
    • Maintain neat and clean work area
    • Cooperate with all team members to provide the best possible service
    • Provide guests with accurate information as it relates to the parking facility and airport terminals
    • Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management Knowledge, Skills, & Experience of Dispatchers:
      • High school education or equivalent
      • Good interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities
      • Previous dispatch, cashier, and/or customer service experience is preferred
      • Basic math and computer skills are essential
