Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Clinician Operations
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome, onboard, and maintain positive relationships with new
clinicians
Serve as the primary point of contact for clinicians regarding
day-to-day operational support
Research and resolve clinician and patient complaints, ensuring
effective communication and problem-solving
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience in healthcare operations
or a similar role
Experience working directly with clinicians
Experience with virtual care programs
Proficiency with Google Apps G Suite or Microsoft Office
Ability to analyze and present data clearly and concisely
