Job Description:

A company is looking for a Compensation Consultant - Program Management and Policy.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain updates to policies, practices, and enablement resources related to compensation
Lead enterprise-wide projects through effective program and project management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence

Required Qualifications and Education

8 or more years of compensation experience in medium to large organizations
Experience with global public companies is a plus
Advanced knowledge of Excel, HRIS platforms, and data analytics software
Project management and process improvement experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, data analytics, or business curriculum preferred
