Job Description:
A company is looking for an Agency Loan Processor (internal
applicants only).
Key Responsibilities
Process loan files received from Loan Officers and serve as the
Single Point of Contact until closing and funding
Communicate process expectations and document needs with borrowers
and gather necessary loan documents from various parties
Prepare compliant loan files for underwriting and coordinate with
the Closing department to ensure efficient loan closure
Required Qualifications
3+ years of processing experience
Working knowledge of FHA, with USDA/VA experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and federal compliance laws
Experience with Automated Underwriting Engines (LP or DU) and
processing construction loans is a plus
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
