Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Help Desk Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality technical support and troubleshooting for
hardware and software issues
Utilize ticketing systems and remote desktop tools to assist users
effectively
Ensure user satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service
and resolving issues promptly
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years in a desktop support or help desk role
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Proficient in Windows 10 & 11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active
Directory
Basic knowledge of SQL and familiarity with mobile device
management solutions
Experience with Mac OS and VPN setup is desirable
