Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Communication Specialist to
design and coordinate direct patient communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, coordinate, and manage direct patient communications
related to various operational and care changes
Create and deploy patient engagement letters, quality letters, and
notices, including Medicare ACO and CIN notifications
Track communication projects and ensure timely delivery and
compliance with legal and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (filtering, basic
formulas, pivot tables)
Experience with project tracking tools such as Workfront
Familiarity with compliance and legal requirements in healthcare
communications
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment
Strong writing and communication skills
