Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster, Workers
Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims
from initiation to closure
Provide excellent customer service and act as a point of contact
for partner agents and customers
Ensure compliance with statutory guidelines and actively pursue
claim mitigation opportunities
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's Degree or
equivalent experience preferred
Minimum of 2 years of workers' compensation claims experience is
required
Experience in specific states such as TX, IA, IL, KS, MI, NJ, OK,
PA, WI, and CA is preferred
Knowledge of jurisdictional regulatory and statutory requirements
and CMS/MSA requirements
Experience in claim adjudication, medical management, and
litigation management
