Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to manage the
full cycle recruiting process and contribute to long-term talent
acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruiting for critical roles, ensuring healthy
candidate pipelines and timely hires
Own the applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline recruiting
processes and maintain reporting
Develop and implement strategies to meet hiring goals and maintain
high-quality candidate experiences
Required Qualifications
Several years of experience in talent acquisition and recruiting,
particularly in startup environments
Experience recruiting for technical skillsets with high hiring
standards
Ability to set up effective metrics dashboards and reports for
hiring managers
Operational excellence with a focus on candidate experience
A passion for talent acquisition and commitment to the field
long-term
