Job Description:
A company is looking for a Systems Support Specialist to provide
support to healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
Triage and respond to inbound provider support requests
Provide step-by-step system guidance and education to providers
Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions and track
issues until resolution
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
U.S. Citizenship
Ability to obtain favorable DoD background investigation
2+ years of experience in a high-volume customer service or medical
office
Technology proficient with the ability to navigate multiple
systems
