Client Success Executive

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Client Success Executive who will manage existing clients through the customer life cycle.
Key Responsibilities

Establishes productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
Utilizes CRM systems to maintain data visibility for account management opportunities
Coordinates customer-facing Quarterly Business Reviews and manages renewal opportunities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field
7 or more years of client-facing experience within a healthcare environment or industry
Deep understanding of healthcare dynamics, market trends, and provider needs
Proven experience strategically partnering with clients and understanding account priorities
Intermediate MS Excel and analytical tool experience to drive account performance
