Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center Agent (Spanish Bilingual
Required, Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of incoming calls, schedule appointments, and
provide accurate information about medical, dental, and behavioral
health services
Make follow-up and confirmation calls for appointments, ensuring
all necessary information is communicated to patients
Document and update patient information accurately in the
electronic health record system and maintain productivity
metrics
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Prior experience in front desk reception, administrative, or
customer service roles
2 years' experience in a medical setting or call center, preferably
in a community clinic
Working knowledge of computerized medical scheduling and billing
systems
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
