Minimum Qualifications
Requires at least a baccalaureate degree in the field. Please

Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates with experience providing
information technology support and technology training within a
large, diverse organization. Familiarity with service desk
workflows, ticket management systems and project management
principles are a plus.
Position Summary
The Digital Support Associate is a full-time position who serves on
a team of College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences IT
staff who provide support, guidance, and training on web and
web-related communication technologies, empowering faculty and
staff to create engaging and accessible digital output. The
associate is responsible for helping clients find the right
platforms to reach their audience(s), creating and publishing
digital content, and meeting accessibility standards, among
additional related responsibilities.

Duties/Responsibilities
Direct user support and training. Provide first-tier support for
web and digital delivery technologies such as website content
management systems, newsletter software, video production tools,
podcast platforms, webinars, etc. Provide training for faculty and
staff on content creation and delivery tools. Develop and maintain
user-friendly training materials and guides. Assist users in
creating accessible digital content.

Content and platform support. Assist with content updates, ensuring
quality and compliance with standards. Maintain digital delivery
software, user accounts, and configurations. Assist with
web-related projects and deployments. Act as a liaison to software
vendors.

Digital Content Strategy and Advocacy. Act an advocate for the
adoption of digital program delivery. Act as a liaison between OIT,
stakeholders, and clientele to ensure alignment. Collaborate with
the OIT team to develop support strategies and processes. Serve as
a leader on the college's Digital Delivery committee. Help measure
the success of our support and training efforts.
