Job Description:

Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients- Assist with medication administration and documentation- Provide emotional support to patients and their families- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plansRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program- Current certification as a nursing assistant (CNA)- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to lift and move patients safely- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures- Experience in providing patient care in a healthcare setting preferredSkills:- Airway management- Patient care- Patient servicePlease note that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities, requirements, and skills.
