A company is looking for a Telecom Intake / Scheduler.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with dispatch teams, field managers, and technicians
for timely job responses
Update and manage job statuses using a cloud-based system
Handle incoming customer requests and maintain professional
communication
Required Qualifications
Previous customer service experience preferred
Ability to quickly learn new systems and software
Strong team player with adaptability to varied tasks
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
