Job Description:
A company is looking for a Foster Home Recruiting
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Engage potential foster and kinship parents through community
events and outreach
Educate the community on the need for foster parents and drive
recruitment efforts
Support families through the certification process with training
and guidance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Social Service or a related field
preferred
2+ years of recruitment/marketing or foster care experience
Experience within the foster care system and knowledge of Colorado
State Rules and Regulations preferred
Valid Driver's license with a clean record and current auto
insurance
Ability to pass fingerprinting and background checks
