Minimum Qualifications
Requires technical knowledge in the field acquired through an
apprenticeship, a 2-year degree, or professional certificate.

This person will should have at minimum, a bachelor's degree in
HDFS, social work, public health, or a related field.
Position Summary
The incumbent should demonstrate proficiency in human subjects
research recruitment and retention strategies, community
development, stakeholder empowerment, and public health. They will
be tasked with leading recruitment and retention efforts for an
ongoing, multi-faceted, longitudinal study. Daily efforts include
developing and coordinating recruitment efforts, direct
recruitment, establishing community connections, connecting with
community stake holders, and developing outreach materials. They
will also be responsible for maintaining strong connections with
individual participants, their families, and communities.
