Associate Director, Compensation
Position Summary:
The Associate Director, Compensation will be an experienced leader
and serve as a strategic partner by collaborating with leadership
across the organization and Human Resources Professionals globally
to achieve business priorities through a comprehensive Compensation
Strategy, to ensuring compensation programs align with the goals of
the company and support a high-performance culture by rewarding and
attracting top talent. This role will remain current on Industry
trends, best practices and compliance and drive operational
excellence and innovation in all areas of responsibility:
Job Functions:
This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in
accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Supervisory responsibilities include but are not limited to:
training and mentoring employees; planning, assigning, delegating
and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and
disciplining employees; and resolving employee issues.
