Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Nurse - Clinical Call
Center.
Key Responsibilities
Manage telephone calls and complete initial call assessments for
established patients
Triage calls using established algorithms and document assessments
in the electronic medical record
Assist in resolving post-discharge or post-procedure calls and
provide clinical support to scheduling staff
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
Current Ohio nursing license or interim permit
Three years of oncology nursing experience required
Basic PC and keyboard skills required
Experience in telephone assessment and management preferred
