He/she functions within the framework of the policies and procedures of the organization and demonstrates professional growth and accountability. We are CoC accredited allowing multiple education opportunities for our team. We feel strongly that in doing this we are able to provide our patients with informed, oncology centered care. Our nurses are or become chemotherapy/biotherapy administration certified through ONS. We are proud to be able to administer as well as educate the patient and their support system about these medications.
