  • Job Details
  • Minimum Experience: 1 year; 1st Timers are accepted
  • Patient Population: Pediatrics to Geriatrics
  • General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: Ventilator management, medicated aerosol treatments, Bipap management, Open Heart, intubation, ABG draws and analysis, CPT, Nitric, Covid management.
  • Ratio / Census: We are a 24/7 department with 11-13 therapist on day shift and 9-10 therapist on nights. We cover All floors through the hospital including a 30 bed ICU/ 25 Bed Open Heart unit, 25 bed NICU unit, and a 45 bed ED.
  • Unit Systems: Required experience with Epic, Puritan Bennett, Servo I, GE Care Fusion
  • Scrub Color: Any color except all red or all navy blue
  • RTO: MAX 7 days
  • Weekends: Every other weekend
  • Floating: Yes, within facility
  • Call Requirements: None
  • Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.

    • Compliance: Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule.

      • Contract Length: 12 months
      • Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.

          • AHA or ARC accepted. RQI Certs acceptable. Required for RN's/RRT's/CRT's in following specialties: ER, PACU, Pre-op, Endo, CSU, Critical Care, CVICU, Cardiac Tele/Step-down, PCU, IMCU, Labor & Delivery, RRT, CVOR, and CRT. CRTs must obtain within 30 days of hire. All others must have prior to start.
