A hospital system in the Atlanta area is in search of a new Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join their corporate office, with a Hybrid work Schedule!

With a busy and productive Finance Department, the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will join an organization with an amazing culture, and reputation in the community.
The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will report directly to the Director of Finance. Supported by supervisors as well as a team of Accountants, Analysts and Patient Account Representatives, this person will play a key role in the management of the Finance Department.
The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will play the crucial role of leading the internal audit process. They must be able to collaborate with all levels of the facility to ensure financial goals are achieved and properly develop budgets and forecasts. Oversight includes: billing, vendor management, and denials management for patient revenue along with working with the c-suite on critical initiatives. The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will monitor regular billing audits for adjustments, denials, appeals, and customer account reconciliation projects and communicate findings to appropriate clinics and departments while assisting in resolutions. The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will also work with the management team to establish A/R and industry performance metrics and monitoring and reporting on performance against established metrics. The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience in financial modeling, analysis and reporting for a health care system.
