Strategic Partnerships at the Robinson College of Business is
seeking to hire a part-time Associate Director, Strategic
Partnerships (Temp) to serve on the Strategic Partnerships and
Immersive Programs team under the direction of the Director,
Immersive Programs, with the support of the Senior Director,

YOU DO:This role supports Robinson students with access to
experiential learning opportunities. This position operates with a
high degree of independence, manages a variety of major events and
signature programs, exercises sound judgment and effectively builds
credibility internally and externally. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
INCLUDE:The Associate Director, Strategic Partnerships (Temp) will
plan, implement, and evaluate the following activities related to
Panther Immersion Programs, Robinson Immersive Sophomore
Experience, Immersive Scholarship Programs, and Strategic Partner
activities: student marketing, recruitment, selection process
management, student professional development events, external site
visits, resume books, and program assessment associated with these
Immersive Programs. In addition, they will also engage in proactive
employer outreach to support career fair registration and
prospecting for strategic partners. In addition, this position will
lead and manage student and staff volunteers to plan and implement
activities including, but not limited to, Information Sessions,
Signature Career fairs, Campus Interviews, Targeted Emails, and
Resume referrals.
- PIP (Panther Immersion Programs) - our most mature experiential
and immersive learning program that brings some of our best and
brightest students to select companies in five destination cities.
This program will continue to be a focal point of this role.
- RISE (Robinson Immersive Sophomore Experience) - an immersive
course where students explore their interests, values, and
leadership behaviors, with the goal of launching and sustaining
productive careers. This program is expanding rapidly and needs
additional program management support.
- Immersive Scholarship Programs - these innovative externally
funded scholarships include immersive professional development
activities. The management of these scholarships (i.e., Truist Tech
Scholars, Delta Analytics Scholars) is within the purview of the
Associate Director.
- Strategic Partners - Talent Recruitment Activities: The
position will also be responsible for the planning and execution of
talent recruitment from our Signature and Immersive Programs in
support of our Strategic Partners. Disclaimer: This job requisition

- Bachelor's degree and three years of related experience or a
combination of education and related experience.Preferred
Requirements:
- Experience successfully recruiting high-performing
students/candidates to engage in challenging professional
development, which includes prep sessions designed to prepare
students to shine during stretch experiences.
- A professional demeanor, strong project management skills, and
attention to detail are required.
- A collaborative team orientation with strong persuasion skills
and the ability to work autonomously is necessary.
- Exceptional presentation, written communications skills, and
data-driven approach with demonstrated ability to manipulate and
analyze large data sets leveraging our full suite of software
platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced,
process-driven environment while maintaining exceptional attention
to detail and accuracy with lean staff support.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills and the
proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all
levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time-sensitive problems in a
constructive, positive manner.
- Strong Computer Skills including Windows XP, MS Word, Excel,
and PowerPoint; social media, LinkedIn, Adobe, and Project
