Job Description:

Specific Responsibilities:

3 - 5 years of hands-on experience with our tech stack (order of importance): Oracle NetSuite for ERP and WMS, Microsoft 365, SPS Commerce for EDI, WordPress for our current website.
Future systems to implement include Microsoft PowerBI, Salesforce, and Pimberly PIM.
Able to research and make recommendations on future IT systems and software: e.g., HRIS systems like Paylocity, Ubiquiti networking hardware, Shopify for e-commerce etc.
Experience setting up and maintaining hardware and software for a warehouse + office environment.
Being able to work efficiently with very limited IT resources: mostly a strong individual contributor but can utilize external vendor when necessary and collaborate with China-based IT team.
Able to define and set a financial budget and a set of KPIs to hit for US-based IT functions.
NOT looking for someone with management experience as he/she will not have direct reports, we are rather looking for someone who can take instructions from Pete and other stakeholders in a very small org chart, and hit the ground running leading IT initiatives with considerable autonomy.
