Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager Clinical Quality
Improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team in supporting quality improvement initiatives across
various healthcare programs
Develop and monitor quality improvement plans in collaboration with
departments, health plans, and providers
Oversee the day-to-day management of the quality management
department and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
CA Clinical licensure (RN, LVN, LCSW, NP, PA)
5 years of Quality Management experience in a managed care health
plan or medical group
5 years of management experience overseeing clinical and
non-clinical quality management staff
3 years of experience with HEDIS measures reporting and related
programs
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in health sciences or a related
field
