Required Qualifications
Willingness to pursue FINRA licensing requirements with company
sponsorship
Entry-level training in financial services and client
management
Desire to pursue professional designations such as CERTIFIED
FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP) or Chartered Financial Consultant
(ChFC)
Interest in leadership development opportunities within the
organization
Commitment to community engagement and diversity initiatives
