Key Responsibilities
Provide individual advising and coaching to up to 100 members
Respond to client communications within specified timeframes
Participate in training calls and contribute to the company's
knowledge base
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in coaching or advising roles
Ability to manage a diverse client load effectively
Familiarity with business planning and marketing strategies
Proficiency in using software for documentation and reporting
Willingness to engage in ongoing training and development
