Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Lifecycle
Management & CRM.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee integration and management of CRM data feeds to ensure data
integrity and accuracy
Design and implement frameworks for reporting on CRM campaigns and
conduct in-depth analysis of performance
Plan and execute AB testing strategies while maintaining control
groups for accurate testing results
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in CRM management with a focus on data and
analytics
Proven experience leading and managing CRM campaigns from start to
finish
Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms and data analysis tools
Strong data manipulation skills and experience with AB testing
methodologies
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree
preferred
