Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Program Manager
(Lending).
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain compliance programs, policies, and
practices
Collaborate across business lines to promote risk awareness and
compliance management
Evaluate compliance with regulations through testing and assist
with regulatory inquiries
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or international equivalent, preferably in
business, economics, finance, or management
7+ years of compliance experience in a banking institution or
regulatory agency
Strong strategic thinking and risk management skills
Leadership experience in managing people and projects
Compliance-based professional certification preferred
