Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Systems Engineer V -
(M5).
Key Responsibilities
Define project and program objectives, ensuring preliminary
activities are completed for effective execution
Oversee completion of systems engineering projects in accordance
with specifications, costs, and timelines
Manage team development, performance processes, and documentation
of project phases while ensuring compliance with company
policies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field; Master's degree
preferred
10 - 15 years of relevant work experience
Expertise in etch processes for high-volume manufacturing (HVM)
Experience in developing operational frameworks and training for
cost reduction
Ability to drive the development of advanced algorithm models and
solution roadmaps
