Management.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and recruit top customer account management talent
Build, manage, and motivate a global team of customer account
managers and operations specialists
Own and report on the customer account team's metrics and
performance
Required Qualifications
6+ years of enterprise-class software account management leadership
experience
Proven track record of growing existing mid-market business,
typically $50k+ ARR
Experience building relationships with C-suite level decision
makers
Operational experience in process optimization for account
management teams
Experience with account segmentation and sales funnels
