• There are 3 phases in this project with the following work breakdown
• Phase 1 Ideate
  • Gather the following details to understand current state
  • Architecture Physical and logical architecturedesigns across environments
  • Integrations Source and target systems other integrations connector details
  • Processes User Onboarding JoinerMoverLeaver RequestApproval workflows Provisioning Reporting and Audits AuthNAuthZ Journeys MFA 3rd party access Privilege admins lifecycle
  • Review end to end process or business function specific process and develop taxonomy
  • Identify process areas with high security risks
  • Phase 2 Identify Value
    • Understand key elements of the current IAM solutions implementation
    • Review clarify any identify potential gaps in IAM implementation documentation
    • Key workprocesses indicating which ones wed like to transform via existing IAM Solution
    • Critical customizations especially ones that will not work in the transformedrationalized solution
    • Present industry bestinclass solutions for key design elements and work processes would like to transform via the transformed IAM solution implementation
    • Benefits analysis what can gain from IAM solution rationalizationtransformationreplacement
    • Describing current and potential future state
