Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Circuit Design Engineer to
design and implement low-power, high-performance compute-in memory
circuits and architectures.
Key Responsibilities
Develop custom digital circuits for high-speed and low-power
compute-in memory designs
Collaborate with teams to formulate design specifications and
validate new ideas through test chip design
Mentor and guide other designers while being hands-on in digital
circuit design
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in designing memories in advanced nodes
(3nm/5nm) with a focus on in-memory computing
Strong track record of innovative solutions, including papers and
patents
Deep understanding of digital and SRAM circuit and layout design
concepts in finFET-based CMOS technologies
Solid hands-on experience in SRAM design involving SPICE
simulations and various analysis techniques
Experience in project and people management, including organizing
team goals and resolving conflicts
