A company is looking for a Customer Marketing Lead to join their
Growth Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deploy hyper-personalized, multi-channel adoption
tactics for new and existing clients
Regularly monitor, analyze, and document channel and business
metrics, providing insights for improvement
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies
and optimize campaign performance
Required Qualifications
5+ years in Customer Marketing or Lifecycle Marketing with a strong
understanding of outbound channel best practices
Deep hands-on experience with Braze or comparable communications
platforms
Experience working strategically alongside Sales, Product, and Data
teams
Operational excellence with a strong analytical mindset
Strong project management skills with a focus on prioritization
