Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medical Office Specialist to join
their team.
Key Responsibilities
Answer telephone calls and communicate messages through email or
Epic
Make appointment reminder calls and verify insurance and patient
data accuracy
Scan and/or upload patient information to electronic charts and
provide backup for other medical office functions
Required Qualifications
Less than 1 year of applicable experience
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
Professional appearance and conduct
Willingness to float between multiple locations as assigned
Ability to perform various medical office functions including
scheduling and patient referrals
