Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Accountant - Revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Manage revenue accounting, including premium and commission revenue
recognition
Reconcile bank accounts, accounts receivable, and balance sheet
accounts
Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, preparing
financial statements and schedules
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or
progress toward CPA preferred)
3-6 years of accounting experience, preferably in insurance or
financial services
Strong understanding of revenue recognition (ASC 606) and balance
sheet reconciliation
Experience with general ledger systems and system implementations
or upgrades
Audit experience (public or private) is a plus
