The South Carolina Department of Public Health (DPH) is seeking
well organized and detail-oriented Upstate Travel & Direct Pay
Administrator to join the team. As the Upstate Travel & Direct Pay
Administrator you will lead a team responsible for maintaining
accurate financial records and ensuring timely processing of
payables. With ever evolving changes, you will be a key partner is
making sure updates and changes are relayed timely and accurately.
You and your team will be liaisons for agency direct payables and
for employees representing the agency assisting with travel
accommodations and registrations.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Minimum and Additional Requirements
A high school diploma and three (3) years in entry level account
payable / bookkeeping; or an associate's degree and one (1) year in
accounting / bookkeeping; or a bachelor's degree with multiple
accounting courses.
Strong time management skills with the ability to meet daily and
monthly deadlines.

a valid driver's license to operate a state vehicle or personal
