Senior Outsourcing Billing Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Outsourcing Billing Specialist responsible for managing billing and accounting administration for health and welfare benefit plans.

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable processes and premium payment reconciliation for clients
Oversee client benefit inquiries, resolve escalated issues, and conduct open enrollment meetings
Assist in training staff and ensure compliance with agency management system data standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Seven or more years of experience in benefits administration and billing
Experience with premium payment reconciliation and administering COBRA
Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and Bill.com/Cashflow
Experience in training new employees and demonstrating leadership skills
